Assistant Manager, Business Development

Hello, we are a small successful business in the process of expanding our business. We are looking for additional support in a number of general business areas, which we have described below. This is a progressive position, giving you an opportunity to grow with our company.


We are looking for a full time person (40+ hours per week) we are willing to invest time and training for the right candidates to grow with our company.


We are looking for an individual who can assist in the following areas:


- ability to write clear, compelling, detailed business plans and proposals. Very strong english writing skills are important.


- ability to research assigned subject and create a summary in ppt presentation or in article format (some guidance will be provided)

- ability to write training manuals, processes and procedures.

- advanced powerpoint and microsoft word are important.

- Website creation, development and ongoing management. Some basic familiarity with website design and development and maintenance of basic website functions, such as updating page content and blogging.

- ability to learn web marketing (future)

- problem solving skills

- flexible, positive attitude


While these are the primary activities involved, the successful candidate should have a 'can-do" attitude and may be requested to assist in other areas as required. (Anything and Everything else)


Final Salary offer will commensurate with your experience - we are willing to consider applicants between 7,000-20,000 PHP per month.
There is future potential for financial bonus's based on results achieved. After a 6 month period we will review your performance results to check in on the success of our working relationship; if we both agree our working relationship is successful, we will discuss a bonus and paid vacation structure.
