Hello!

I am starting a brand new Anime channel on YouTube. The videos will have to do with all things Anime. The channel will be a reaction based channel and will have videos watching anime shows, listening to anime music, and reviewing anime news. There will be 5 videos per week that will be required for this channel. Each episode runs about 22 minutes and will need to be edited for a release schedule of Mon-Fri. As this channel is brand new and isn't generating revenue yet, the pay will have to start low. As the channel picks up in the next few months, the pay can increase with the success of the channel.

If you are willing to start on a brand new project and help build it up into a massively succesful channel, then please submit your application. I need someone who pays attention to detail, cares about the quality of their work, and actually wants to make good content that will keep people wathcing.

I do not want videos that have no reason for the cuts in editing, bad audio levels or mic hiss, etc. I am looking for someone who is willing to work with me from the ground up and put their best work in to make a quality video that will allow the audience to want to keep coming back, which in turn will result in the success we want.

I communicate trhough ---------- , I pay through PayPal every Friday (I pay all fees for PayPal, so you dont take a pay cut), and I share files through Google Drive.
