We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts. This role will involve a variety of tasks including general administrative duties, content writing, social media management, and posting articles in WordPress.
Responsibilities:
General Administrative Tasks:
Handling
Data entry and maintaining CRM records in Go High Level.
Content Writing:
Using AI to write blog posts, articles, and promotional content.
Crafting engaging social media captions.
Social Media Management:
Creating and scheduling posts on various social media platforms
Engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages.
WordPress Management:
Publishing and formatting articles on WordPress. Using AI to update website content and ensuring it's SEO-friendly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., GHL, Wordpress, ClickUp).
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
Experience with WordPress.
