1. Web Designer

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing graphics for websites

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative concepts and designs that align with client's brand guidelines.

Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality visuals and illustrations like Figma and Canva

Ensure consistency and quality in all design outputs, maintaining brand integrity.

Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.

Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering on time.



Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design

3 years or more Figma experience

Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Attention to detail and high level of accountability.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Knows how to use ClickUp

Individual Contractor and not part of a team

Full-time role



2. Project Administrator with Experience in Using ClickUp

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals and objectives.

Utilize ClickUp to track project progress, assign tasks, and monitor deadlines.

Coordinate with project tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and roadblocks, escalating when necessary.

Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.



Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project administrator

Proficiency in using ClickUp for project management and task tracking.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Knows how to use ClickUp

Individual Contractor and not part of a team

Full-time role

Can also work in US time to collaborate with the Account Manager and CEO who is in the US/MST timezone
