We are seeking a dynamic and creative Recruiter/Head Hunter to join our team and help us build a robust team of top-notch roofing salesmen.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Recruiter/Head Hunter to spearhead our efforts in identifying, attracting, and pre-screening top talent for roofing sales positions. This role requires someone with a keen eye for potential, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box to find the best candidates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Talent Acquisition:**
- Develop and implement creative strategies to source potential roofing salesmen.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms for outbound reach to attract new talent.
- Build and maintain a funnel for candidates to submit their information and complete personality profiles.

2. **Candidate Screening:**
- Pre-screen candidates to assess their suitability for the sales positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and personality assessments to determine alignment with company values and job requirements.
- Review applications received through LinkedIn and other job portals, reaching out to potential candidates promptly.

3. **Coordination and Communication:**
- Schedule interviews with management only after thoroughly screening and analyzing candidates.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide feedback to management on potential hires, ensuring they meet the required standards before scheduling final interviews.

4. **Database Management:**
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates and track their progress through the recruitment pipeline.
- Continuously update candidate information and recruitment metrics to ensure a smooth hiring process.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve the hiring process.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance the recruitment strategy and candidate experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Head Hunter, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms for recruitment.
- Ability to develop and implement creative recruitment strategies.
- Familiarity with personality assessment tools and techniques.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
