Ecommerce Social Media Expert, Paid Ads, Results Driven, DTC

Hello!

We're excited to meet those of you that fit this job description. Most of you are not a good fit. But a few of you are who we want to meet, hire, and work with for years to come!

We are looking for:
-A social media expert who understands content creation for a brand and content A/B testing.
-Someone who understands how to try things until you find what works toward a given objective and then scale the thing that works.
-We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and can track their own results, work toward a goal without hand-holding, and can deliver weekly reports that show 1) the goal 2) the strategy 3) what was done 4) the results from what was done 5) and what will be improved the following week.
-We are looking for someone who loves building a social media following (1000 true fans of the brand)
-We are looking for someone who wants to get better every day
-We are looking for wants to work with us full time, for this to be their only job, and to grow with us over the long term (many of our team have worked with us over 7 years!).

We are NOT looking for:
Someone who is really good at creating social media posts but doesn't track results.
Someone who only knows how to do what they are told
Someone who needs to ask us how to do everything
Someone who doesn't problem solve on their own before bringing an issue to the team

We treat our team with care and have great relationships. You will have freedom to do your work. Most of the work can be done on your schedule. But we do have high expectations.
