Social Media/Email Marketing Manager

We are an international martial arts brand called Mightyfist and we are looking for someone to take on our social media presence and email marketing to help increase our sales with our current loyal customers (mainly wholesalers) and potential new customers, as well as increase our presence online. Our current team is small and our focus has been on other departments but we understand the importance of our presence online, so we need someone that will take on this department to help compliment the current team as well as how our brand is perceived. We need someone that is committed and ready to be a part of our team/family.
We are looking for someone that is a team players and has creativity while understanding our brand culture and capitalizing on it. We are looking for someone that is able to do the following:
Social media manager:
-create creative content ideas, produce content, in the form of posts and videos (Reels) as well as campaign ideas
-make posts on our social media (currently Instagram & Facebook), including writing the description content
-engage with our followers
-increase our followers numbers and engagement with our pages
-help increase sales (through content)


Email Marketing Manager:
-help grow our email list
-create content (perhaps in synergy with social media) and write emails to our current returning customers (mainly wholesale) and new customers
-manage different emailing list for different type of customers for more targeted content/sales approach
-help increase sales

We are looking for someone that has experience in both of these departments. We are looking for someone that is very creative and thinks outside the box, as we are a brand that is avant-garde. You must be able to meet deadlines. Since you will be writing content, you must have a great English, if you can speak Spanish that is a bonus but NOT mandatory.

Please provide a minimum of 2 different accounts you have managed in the past and show some examples of your creative artworks with posts and videos.

This job is for full-time (8h/day). The pay rate will depend on your skillset ranging from $640 to $1056/month. We are committed to hiring you for 3 months as a trial. Once the trial is over, we will reassess and see if we are a good match to hire you full time.
