Dental Office - Experienced Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

Position:
We’re in search of a dedicated, well-organized, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative who will help with patient scheduling, calling and other general VA tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Calling patient for schedule confirmation
- Phone calls from patient
- Admin Tasks
- Scheduling
- Other general VA tasks

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Able to work our time from 8am - 7pm CST/CDT (8 hours a day so anytime in between)
- Quiet workstation, good and a fast working laptop or desktop I5 and above, noise cancellation headset
- 30mbps and above internet connection
- Experience in call center is preferred
- Well-versed in MS Office and Google Workspace (Google drive, sheets, docs, etc.).
- Knowledge in using Slack, Loom, Splashtop, Open Dental, but not required.
