**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative full time Video Editor/Graphic Designer with 5 years or more of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and artistic flair, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Video Editing:**

- Edit raw video footage into polished final products, including promotional videos, advertisements, social media content, and more.
- Ensure high-quality audio and visual standards are maintained throughout the editing process.
- Apply color correction, special effects, and transitions to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and refine video concepts and storyboards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

**Graphic Design:**

- Create visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Design logos, banners, posters, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all projects.
- Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to produce high-quality designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.

**Collaboration and Communication:**

- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and meetings.
- Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Participate in feedback sessions and incorporate constructive criticism to improve design outputs.

**Qualifications:**

- 5 years of proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Solid understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera work.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English language fluency

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with 3D / 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Experience with graphic design, layout, composition, typography
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS).
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
