QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in any course
With excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the related field
Highly organized and oriented

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepares leasing contracts and other leasing-related documents as needed
Assists in organizing and implementing leasing events and activities
Assists in taping for new tenants and leasing of spaces/areas in the assigned malls
Assists in coordination with different departments in addressing tenant and customer concerns
