We are seeking a motivated and passionate Vacation Home Operations Coordinator to join our rapidly
growing Vacation Home Management Company. As a Vacation Home Communication Agent, you will
be responsible for overseeing the communication with guests on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO,
Responsibilities:
1. Guest Communication via messages, phone calls and
2. Reply to customer reviews.
3. Research and report preparation.
4. Guest Registration.
5. Reporting to supervisors about performed tasks.
Skills required:
Detail-oriented, self-starting, and demonstrating strong communication and execution abilities.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about providing great customer service.
Highly organized, excellent time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in technology and comfortable using software/tools for property management.
Strong ethical standards including honesty, transparency, personal responsibility and a desire for personal and professional growth.
Requirements & Preferences:
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word, as well as general technology and software skills.
Benefits:
This is a part time position for Saturdays and Sundays 7PM EST US TIME to 4AM EST TIME WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH BREAK.
This position is also available as a full-time position from Monday to Friday 7PM EST US TIME to 4AM EST TIME WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH BREAK.
