The Promotional Products Expert will play a crucial role in identifying and integrating the latest trends in swag into our catalog. This position requires a deep understanding of promotional products, including branding methods and supplier dynamics. You will be the go-to authority for product ideas and trends, supporting our customer success managers, account managers, sales team, and marketing department.


Key Responsibilities:
- Trend Identification: Proactively research and report on emerging trends in the swag industry to keep our offerings fresh and competitive.
- Supplier and Product Sourcing: Identify and onboard new brands, products, and suppliers that meet our quality standards and client needs.
- Printing Expertise: Provide expert knowledge on various printing methods and advise internal teams on the best practices for product customization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customer success managers, account managers, sales, and marketing teams to provide innovative product ideas and solutions.
