We seek a proactive Influencer Research and Outreach Specialist to identify and engage influencers on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. You'll be the initial contact, explaining our influencer program and coordinating with our team to finalize collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify influencers aligning with our brand
Initiate contact and explain collaboration opportunities
Maintain records and transition interested influencers to decision-makers
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices

Qualifications:

Experience in social media management or influencer marketing
Proficiency in TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passion for the hair and beauty industry is a plus
Excellent English Communication
