Lead Magnet - Designer

We are a dynamic and innovative marketing company seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to join our team. Our focus is on creating high-converting lead magnets such as PDFs, case studies, checklists, and much more. We provide the written copy, articles, data, and examples, and you turn them into engaging and effective lead magnets that drive results.

Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and high-quality lead magnets including PDFs, case studies, checklists, and other marketing materials.
Work closely with the content team to understand the objectives and requirements for each lead magnet.
Design and format lead magnets to ensure they are on-brand and optimized for conversions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Continuously improve the design and effectiveness of lead magnets based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in marketing or content creation.
Strong design skills and proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.
Familiarity with marketing principles and an understanding of lead generation tactics is a plus.
