Project Manager

Growing Construction Management / Owners Rep firm focusing on industrial & commercial US construction seeks organized individual with architecture / construction background to help manage and organize the sales process from inquiry through proposal stages.

The candidate will collect information from clients, interpret requests, create sketches and organize projects for estimators, then create proposals from estimates using templates and spreadsheets. The candidate will have proficiency with 2D autocad (and possibly 3D / BIM) so they can create sketches and elevation drawings showing proposed work to assist with sales and marketing --- not necessarily as the basis for construction documents.

The role may grow to include organizing and managing some projects that proceed beyond the proposal stage using the same skills depending on the volume of work and the candidate's ability and willingness to interact with clients directly and other staffing decisions.
