**Job Title: Customer Service Agent - Live Chat Specialist**

**Location:** Remote (Night Shift for Philippines)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage live chat interactions on our website, ensuring that all customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance. Our goal is to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, and you will play a crucial role in achieving this.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond to live chat messages in real-time, addressing customer inquiries such as order status, shipping details, wholesale options, and website navigation.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure every customer interaction leaves the customer 100% satisfied.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
- Work on a US time schedule (9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time). If located in the Philippines, this will require working the night shift.
- Be quick on your feet and capable of multitasking effectively.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A friendly, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Must be located in the Philippines and willing to work the night shift (9 PM - 5 AM Philippine Time).
- Must not have any other job commitments and be ready to start immediately.
