YOUR ROLE

Email customer support
Building / maintaining knowledge base / FAQs section.
HTML / CSS experience
You must be fluent in written and spoken English for skype/phone meetings.

MUST HAVE
- Email Support help desk experience
- Technical writing / HOW to articles
- HTML / CSS experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- A reliable workstation with a fast computer and mic and - speakers for calls. Must have reliable internet and power supply

PERSONALITY
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, analytical, problem solving,
facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points, and work ahead to time to resolve potential issues
- Proven ability to mentor others and team building skills
- Multi-tasking and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Great attention to detail and be highly organized

40% Flexible hours but must be willing to have a minimum of 5 hours work from 9am to 2pm, Central Time, Monday through Friday.
