We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Amazon PPC Manager to join our team and drive our Amazon advertising campaigns to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
• Full PPC Management – Take ownership of all aspects of Amazon PPC advertising for your assigned clients (typically 15 accounts).
• Strategic Collaboration – Meet weekly with each Brand Manager to review key metrics, align on goals, and make data-driven decisions.
• Client Understanding – Develop a deep understanding of each client’s products, goals, and expectations to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution – Create, implement, and continuously optimize PPC strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Ongoing Optimization – Monitor and adjust campaigns daily, refining bids, keywords, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
• Research & Analysis – Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and product audits to identify high-performing opportunities and negative keywords.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Generate clear, insightful weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance trends, learnings, and actionable recommendations.
• Client Communication – Participate in monthly client calls to present results, share insights, and discuss forward-looking strategies.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with Brand Managers and the Graphics team to develop and A/B test creative assets for Sponsored Brand campaigns.
• A/B Testing – Test ad creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting options to determine the best-converting strategies for each client.
• Industry Awareness – Stay up to date with Amazon advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
• Tool Utilization – Leverage our PPC management software to streamline optimization, reporting, and budget allocation.
• Budget Oversight – Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient use of ad spend and alignment with client goals.
• Problem Solving – Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaigns, performance, or platform challenges.
• Communication & Reporting – Maintain fast, clear communication during working hours via Slack and ensure timely delivery of weekly and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Amazon PPC Manager or in a similar digital advertising role.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency with Amazon Ads Console and third-party PPC management tools.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets, scaling profitable campaigns, and driving ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to both clients and internal teams.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies, bid automation, and advanced keyword research.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of direct Amazon Ads management experience.
• Experience working with international Amazon marketplaces.
• Familiarity with e-commerce advertising on additional platforms (Walmart, eBay, Google Shopping, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop ad assets that convert.

Please walk me through the specific steps, strategies, or optimizations you’d implement. Please also detail what is wrong with the current strategy being used by the Brand. This product already has the following campaigns with the following settings:
