Job Description: Tier One Support Agent

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Tier One Support Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promptly handle all incoming chat messages and other tickets as assigned using our ticketing system. The successful candidate will provide science-based information regarding water filtration systems, ensuring our customers receive accurate and helpful responses.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and respond to incoming chat messages and tickets efficiently and professionally.
- Provide science-based information related to water filtration systems.
- Utilize Gorgias, Shopify, and Microsoft Office 365 tools to perform daily tasks.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring prompt and knowledgeable support.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, noting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Work collaboratively with other tea ---------- mbers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Gorgias, Shopify, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Proven track record of providing prompt and knowledgeable customer service, preferably for US-based customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a similar support role.
- Basic understanding of water filtration systems and science-based customer service.
