**Responsibilities:**

- Conducting detailed research on real estate properties using platforms such as Zillow, Furnished Finder, and ----------
- Communicating effectively with brokers, real estate agents, and homeowners to gather and verify property information
- Negotiating lease terms and agreements with potential tenants and property owners
- Providing exceptional customer support throughout the research and negotiation process
- Scheduling follow-up calls and managing your call calendar efficiently
- Maintaining comprehensive records of interactions and transactions with leads and property contacts
- Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in cold-calling and customer support
- **Customer Support:** Strong background in customer support with a proven track record
- **Research Skills:** Extensive experience in researching and analyzing real estate properties
- **Communication:** Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- **Organization:** Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- **Negotiation Skills:** Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- **Team Player:** Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
