Job Description

We’re seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Review / Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) to join our team! As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the performance of our sales representatives. This involves ensuring that they adhere to our specific sales process, including the use of scripts, the number of calls/SMS/emails, and the cadence of each interaction.

To be successful, you will need to thoroughly learn and understand the sales process yourself, in order to effectively analyze if our sales team follows the rules properly. The goal is for you to be able to provide constructive feedback with actionable improvement suggestions. In this role, the most important skill is extreme attention to detail as well as speed and efficiency. It also requires constant awareness and focus to ensure that our quality standards are met 100% of the time.

What You will Be Doing

• Review and evaluate sales reps’ adherence to established processes and scripts.
• Monitor and assess the number and quality of SMS, emails, and calls made by sales reps.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to sales representatives.

Qualifications:
============
• 5+ years of experience in a QA, quality review, sales analysis, or similar role.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review and assess sales interactions.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capacity to analyze data and identify patterns or areas for improvement.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and maintain detailed records of evaluations and feedback.
• Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of fairness and objectivity in evaluations.
• Owner mentality: you are self-motivated and able to deliver results working independently.
