Python Developer (Project-Based)

We are seeking a talented and innovative Python Developer to join our team for a project-based position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a program to monitor selected keywords on the web in near real-time online, utilizing specific technologies and services.

Responsibilities:
- Define the requirements for monitoring selected keywords on the web, including identifying keywords, specifying sources to monitor, and determining the frequency of real-time updates online.
- Build a robust and efficient program using Python and a stack of web scraping tools, APIs, databases, and notification services to ensure seamless monitoring and data collection.
- Work closely with the team to implement and optimize the web monitoring program, ensuring that it meets the specified requirements and delivers accurate, real-time data.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with web scraping tools such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or Selenium.
- Familiarity with APIs like Google Custom Search API, Twitter API, or News API for structured data extraction.
- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL for data storage and retrieval.
- Ability to integrate notification services such as Twilio, SendGrid, or email/SMS APIs for real-time alerts.
- Duration of project to be completed in 2 months time.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Should have experience with Python programming language.
- Capable of using web scraping tools and APIs such as Google Custom Search API, Twitter API, or News API.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to create efficient, real-time monitoring solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
