Virtual Assistant/Social Media Assistant

I own an Australian-based Shopify store selling beauty products, and also work as a social media influencer within the beauty industry. This is not a short-term role, I am only looking for someone who is interested in a steady long-term role.

Your main goal will be to assist me in the day-to-day admin operations of an e-commerce and social media business. Initially we will work closely together on a daily basis, but the aim is to ultimately transition towards you having greater autonomy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service
- Liaise with 3PL on replacement orders via Slack
- Processing refunds via Shopify
- Misc admin tasks
- Using Reverse Image Search Tools and sending DMCA requests
- Content Creator outreach via Gmail
- Posting content for Shopify store's IG Reels, YT Shorts, Facebook & Snapchat pages
- Responding to comments for Shopify store on YT Shorts, IG Reels, Snapchat and Tiktok pages
- Posting past content from Influencer's Tiktok onto YT Shorts, Snapchat & Pinterest

PLEASE NOTE that these responsibilities above may change over time depending on my needs.

MUST HAVES:
- Experience with Shopify
- Fast internet connection and PC
- Customer service experience
- Tech savvy
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail

Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Hours: 2 hours per day (if the daily Shopify orders grow, hours may increase to 3-4 hours)

Who is this for: This role will suit a skilled VA who is already working and is looking to take on another client.
