Product Listing and Customer Service Virtual Assistant

Full-Time (8 hours/day) (4 hours mandatory 9pm to 1am PST) - 4 hours anytime (will be tracked)
Gathering photos and data, management, and customer support VA

Job Description: Gathering, editing, and uploading information for a branded e-commerce store, and providing customer support during working hours as well as performing assistant tasks.

General Mindset: How to upload products in a high-quality fashion that aligns with the rest of the products on this store that shows customers the benefits and specifications of this product.

Tasks
Gather photos from supplier websites or by scraping.
Edit photos to meet store standards in photoshop.
(Rare) Edit videos to meet store standards in premiere pro.
Create models to specify dimensions of the products.
Uploading products onto our website with very specific requirements.
Taking customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email during working hours (9pm to 1am).

Requirements
Good and adept English speaking and writing skills.
Good internet (>30 Mbps).
Have at least a year of prior experience with uploading products for another e-commerce store.
Have experience with adobe photoshop and adobe premiere pro.
Have a bank account.
Have Microsoft excel.
Have or willing to download Dropbox
Have or willing to download Slack

Benefits
Pay // $4 to $5/hour depending on complexity of batch and quality. (will review) Approximately 10 to 20 minutes per batch.
