About the Role:

Osi Oils is seeking a dedicated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating and managing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, focusing on educational and promotional newsletters, as well as B2B communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with our founder, Osi.

Key Responsibilities:

Newsletter Creation and Management:

Develop and send 2 newsletters per month using Klaviyo.
Collaborate with Osi to create educational content, spotlighting affiliates, specific herbal ingredients, Ayurvedic topics, and including blog sections by Osi.
Create promotional newsletters offering discount codes for the product of the month and send reminder emails about the discount ending.

B2B Communication:

Develop and send 1 B2B email per month to our list of spas, highlighting boutique products, aspects of Ayurveda, and treatments we offer for spas.
Maintain and update the B2B email list as we continue to build it through trade shows and other events.
Content Coordination:

Coordinate with Osi and other tea ---------- mbers to gather necessary content and insights for the newsletters.
Review past newsletter examples to maintain consistency and improve upon previous campaigns.
Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns.
Provide insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in creating both educational and promotional email content.
Familiarity with Ayurvedic products and principles is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the founder.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
