**Job Description**

As a Project Manager at Mega Cat, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful execution of our game development projects. You’ll oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring that our teams deliver high-quality games on schedule. Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in fostering collaboration and keeping our projects on track. **Key Responsibilities**

• Lead Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to guide the team through all project phases.

• Manage Project Execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, • and quality standards.

• Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among tea ---------- mbers, stakeholders, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project success.

• Monitor and Report Progress: Track project progress, provide regular status updates, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and management.

• Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize resource utilization to achieve project goals.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and adaptation within the project team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as an understanding of game development processes and workflows.

**Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not • required. Any certification in Project Management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the video game industry or related field, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
