Junior Wordpress Dev | Technical & Speed Optimization

We're looking for someone interested in web development and speed optimization. We have many clients with existing websites that need tweaks—either for technical or on-page SEO reasons—and would love support in helping complete these types of tasks.

Less than half of the builds are in WordPress with a builder: WPBakery, Elementor, and Beaver Builder are common. Gutenberg is now the most common.

The others are custom WP themes or sites built on another CMS (like Duda).

Typical projects would include:

-improving site scores as measured by GTMetrix or PageSpeed.
-technical SEO improvements using Ahrefs site audit
-fixing 404s
-updating plugins
-on-page SEO improvements (headers, titles, descriptions, internal linking, etc)
-adding blog content (provided)
-adding alt descriptions to images
