Passionate Graphic Artist with excellent drawing skills

I'm looking for a experienced graphic artist who is able to turn example images + text into a final artwork. The artwork should be drawn and colored in Adobe Illustrator. The artwork style should be realistic (not comic) and very detailed.

Work per week would be about 5-10 hours.
