Overview:

AccuTax Firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee critical initiatives within our accounting operations. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing various projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, optimizing client service delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
> Manage and lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
> Collaborate closely with department heads to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
> Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
> Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
> Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
> Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in an accounting or financial services firm.
> Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
> Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
> Proficiency in project management software/tools.
> Must have an active LinkedIn account for networking and professional visibility.

Preferred Qualifications:
> Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
> Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
> Familiarity with tax preparation software and financial reporting tools.
