Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Email Marketer & Digital Advertising Specialist to help us build and manage an effective email list, optimize our Google Ads campaigns, and enhance our Shopify website. This is a full-time remote position, perfect for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional passionate about eCommerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to build and maintain our email list.
- Create engaging email content, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email sequences using Klaviyo.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with our marketing goals.
- Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.
- Edit and optimize our Shopify website to enhance user experience, improve SEO, and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with our design and content teams to create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and website content.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and report on campaign performance to the management team.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing, digital advertising, and eCommerce.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in email marketing, including list building, campaign management, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Experience with Shopify website optimization, including SEO, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bonus: Experience with other digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, content marketing) and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
