We are seeking a highly skilled Linkedin consultant/expert to provide guidance and strategies for optimizing our company's presence on Linkedin. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing our current Linkedin profile and making recommendations to enhance our brand visibility, attract potential clients, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Linkedin's algorithms, best practices for content creation, and effective networking strategies. This one-day gig will involve a detailed assessment of our current profile, a comprehensive report with actionable recommendations, and a consultation session to discuss the findings.

Responsibilities:
Profile Optimization: Crafting compelling and optimized LinkedIn profiles that attract ideal clients and talent.
Content Strategy: Developing engaging content that resonates with target audiences and establishes thought leadership.
Lead Generation: Utilizing advanced LinkedIn features and techniques to generate qualified leads and nurture relationships.
Social Selling: Training and coaching sales teams on effective social selling tactics to connect with prospects and close deals.
Campaign Management: Creating and managing targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Tracking and analyzing LinkedIn performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Proven experience using LinkedIn for business purposes (e.g., marketing, sales, recruiting)
At least 5-10 years of experience in a managerial/director role in Linkedin
In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn features, algorithms, and best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
