Product Development Manager

FastAid is a first aid kits and consumables designer, importer and wholesaler based in Sydney, Australia. We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our fast growing, friendly and vibrant team full time.

This is a full-time work from home role, with generous salary, detailed training and on-boarding, 20 days paid annual leave p.a., along with annual visits to our office Sydney, Australia paid for.

The Product Development Manager is responsible to deliver on the product research and development objectives of the company. Responsible for design, development and improvement of new and existing products from concept to commercialisation, including product quality control, conducting market research and competitor analysis.

The role consists of five key areas;
1. New product development
2. Existing product improvement
3. Quality control
4. Market research
5. Competitor analysis
