Zapier Automation Project

Zapier Integrator project description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Zapier Integration Expert to develop an automation for our process development team.

The Problem Solvers (LLC) is a corporation based in the United States that specializes in Marketing, Philanthropy, and Multimedia design. Established in 2015, we are a corporation of 14 employees across 3 locations.

In short, we're looking for someone well-versed in Zapier who will be able to create an automation (or zap) in our Accounting Software, Quickbooks, which will send an automatic text message and email whenever we spend over our budget in specific categories. This will be integrated for multiple categories, in 2 different company accounts.

This feature is not available in Quickbooks (or any accounting software for that matter), and so we are looking to manually implement a workaround ourselves via Zapier. We anticipate needing to do this via Quickbooks --> Excel --> Twilio, as an example.

This is a one-time project with the possibility of future projects contingent upon sufficient completion of this current project. We anticipate a completion time of 1-3 days pending timely asset submission on the company's part to the contractor.

Requirements and qualifications:
- Fluent American English Speaker with a strong understanding of dialect.
- Strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Zapier integrations
- Understanding or Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work confidently and independently
- Ability to take direction and follow company protocol
- Ability to work as a member of our team and coordinate properly with other staff members.

Compensation:
17,500 PhP upon completion of project.
25?posit (4375 PhP) is compensated to you on Day One of the project.
The remaining 75% is compensated upon completion.
