Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter Invoices of Affiliate Marketing Partners: Accurately enter and manage invoices for affiliate marketing partners.
Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Meeting Note Taking and Creation of Action Items: Take detailed notes during meetings and create actionable items for follow-up.
Asana Management of Action Items: Manage and update action items in Asana to ensure timely completion.

Affiliate Link Creation and Management: Create and manage affiliate links to track marketing efforts.
Meeting Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
Seminar and Association Research: Conduct research on seminars and associations relevant to the business.
Travel Organization and Planning: Organize and plan travel arrangements, including reservations.
File Management (Google Drive): Maintain and organize files in Google Drive.
Proposal Document Creation: Assist in creating and formatting proposal documents.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish, Google Drive Knowledge, Asana Knowledge (Not Required), AI ChatGPT Knowledge, AST Hours Availability
