JOB OVERVIEW

40% - Administrative Tasks:
- Inbox management/organization - filing, tagging, bumping emails (GSuite)
- Client communications - sharing key updates with clients
- Calendar management and meetings booking/coordination (i.e. booking meetings in Google Calendar, Zoom calls, appointments, etc.)
- Note-taking, documentation and organization of digital files
- Coordinate reminders, task follow-ups and pinging stakeholders as/if necessary
- Support with social media posting (copy to be provided)
- Draft pre-meeting briefs/dossiers
- Take meeting notes/agenda (go through upcoming events and ensure meeting notes are there)
- Agenda management (i.e. daily prep for meetings, facilitating agenda 24 hours in advance, etc.)
- Document next steps/follow-up and add to Asana
- Lead post-meeting follow-up note with action items

30% - Admin + Project Management
- Creation/documentation of SOPs and best practices (optimized for different learning styles)
- Maintain client project dashboards (external) and project management tasks - Google Doc
- Go through all past tasks
- Assisting with different projects' follow up and continuity using a project mgt. tool (Asana)
- Add new tasks/subtasks and assign due dates
- Ensure no past due tasks and follow-up on them
- Note-taking, documentation and organization of digital files

30% - CRM + Relationship Management/Nuturing
- Research, list building and sourcing
- Maintain CRM (via HubSpot), including uploading, organizing, moving deals through the sales funnel, creating tasks, and updating/tracking
- Source emails, Linkedin, name via Apollo
- Support with LinkedIn connection/invitation request and messages
- Support with client research
- Lead in research and email drip campaigns
