The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and set appointments through outbound calling. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a persuasive, results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list.
- Introduce and explain the company detail background
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call quotas and performance targets.
- Handle rejection and overcome objections with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cold caller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and manage time effectively.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software and dialer.
