Lead gen and cold email specialist needed for UK accounting firm

I have an accounting firm in the UK, and I am looking for clients who are CEOs in UK companies with turnover from £2m to £10m per annum. If this is not possible, then can look for CEOs of UK companies with between 11 and 49 staff.
So you would need to create a spreadsheet of leads in that demographic showing at least:

name of CEO
name of company

email address of CEO

plus any other info that you can easily find.

after that I need you to create and manage a cold email campaign.

I have ---------- crm. I can buy a domain and point it to your nameservers so you can set everything up (eg MX, SPF, DKIM etc) to reduce the chance of it going into a spam filter.

Or if you have a better CRM or way of sending emails, we can do it like that

I have drafted a really good email to send out with an offer of a free financial health check.

We will do an initial campaign. Then I will assess the cost of each good quality booked appointment into my calendar system for a zoom call. If you can get me a low price for each good quality booked appointment, then it will lead to a lot more work.
