Social Media Manager

Job Description:
The Social Media Content Poster will be responsible for creating and posting engaging content across Wintermantel Companies’ social media accounts. This role also involves assisting the Research Associate with the sales process as needed. Emphasis on graphic design skills to create visually appealing content.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and post content across Wintermantel Companies’ social media accounts.
-Ensure consistent and engaging social media presence to attract potential ambassadors and customers.
-Assist the Research Associate in the sales process when needed (identify ambassadors and send templated messages).
-Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
-Respond to social media inquiries and engage with followers.
-Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
-Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with design software.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
