Someone who is familiar with lead generation

The Virtual Assistant will need to be familiar with Real Estate marketing and how to build a real estate buyers list. What I need to someone to:

1. Scrub my LinkedIn connections
2. Delete anyone that is not affiliated with Real Estate
3. Research the Jacksonville Florida area for real estate investors and add them to the system
4. Be proficient in english speaking and writing

This position is temporary but may become full time; Is part-time or Freelance.
