**Job Summary:**
The YouTube Channel Growth Expert is responsible for driving exponential growth and engagement for the company's YouTube channel. This individual will oversee the full content lifecycle - from ideation and production to optimization and analysis - to build a highly loyal and active audience, and deliver measurable business results through the YouTube platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven YouTube growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and brand objectives
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of YouTube's algorithm, search engine optimization (SEO), and video analytics to maximize the discoverability and performance of video content
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality, engaging videos that resonate with the target audience
- Oversee the video production process, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production, to maintain brand consistency and quality standards
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists to drive maximum visibility, click-through rates, and viewer retention
- Continuously monitor channel analytics and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, track KPIs, and refine the content strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (e.g., marketing, social media, design) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the company's broader initiatives
