Dispositions Manager for Real Estate Wholesaling Company

You are the type of person who enjoys marketing properties and interacting with multiple buyers throughout the day to get them sold! Building and maintaining relationships with buyers and expanding into new markets is fun for you.
Knowing your properties inside and out and being able to highlight their selling points is a talent you possess.

We are a fast growing and dynamic Real Estate investing business with a team of US and Philippines based people who enjoy working together.

Requirements:
Must have RE sales experience with wholesaling and investing.
Experience with CRMs is also a must. Podio a plus.
9 am to 5 pm Eastern time US availability. Tue- Sat is better than M-F.
Excellent wifi and phone connections.
The ability to talk on the phone during the stated hours
Excellent spoken and written english.

We are selling 10 deals each month and we need someone who knows how to use various tools and platforms and to sometimes think outside of the box to get properties sold!

Day to day work includes: Building rapport with buyers and qualifying them. Keeping up with buyers in the CRM and adding new buyers daily, developing and executing marketing strategies to sell properties, researching properties and organizing property information for buyers, drafting purchase agreements and more.
