Hello there,
I am in the commercial real estate field and need an assistant to help me with a number of items, some of which are still being identified. Here is a list so far of experience or skills that will likely be the most helpful for a great fit.
- Strong organization skills (I'm a bit all over the place and can utilize someone to help me organize my efforts - this is very important)
- Availability from 10pm - 7am PHT
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- If you have Adobe InDesign and some experience there, that could be a plus but not a must
- Managing E-mails and E-mail Campaigns from MailChimp or another e-mail manager
- Organizing data and contacts in a CRM
- Managing a WordPress site
- Creating some content and ideas, outlines for blog posts and content on other social media and online channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.
- Responding to some inbound calls and handling occasional outbound calls
- Comfortable speaking to executives and professionals and a quiet working environment
- Reliable internet access is important
- Previous experience in at least some of these areas (particularly some of the marketing areas) will be helpful
