Job Title: Digital Marketing Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Project Manager with Asana experience. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and overseeing digital marketing projects. You will support senior tea ---------- mbers in managing tasks, timelines, and team collaboration using Asana. Additionally, you will manage meta processes, websites, and reports while facilitating communication among stakeholders and departments.

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist in tracking progress on marketing initiatives and communicating progress to stakeholders.
-Help define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with senior tea ---------- mbers.
-Support the creation of detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
-Use Asana to assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
-Create and maintain project documentation in notion, including SOPs, task lists, project timelines, and status reports.



Experience and Expertise:
-Some experience in digital marketing or project management roles.
-Familiarity with using Asana for task assignments, timeline creation, and reporting.
-Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing).
-Providing excellent customer service to internal clients regarding questions about marketing initiatives such as Meta, Google Ads, GoHighLevel, Websites, and more.
-Good organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Problem-solving skills and ability to learn and escalate issues appropriately.
-Have experience working with US customers in a similar role (e.g., marketing assistant, digital marketer).
-Are willing to work US hours (ranging from EST to PST).
-Boast strong written and verbal English skills.

Additional requirements:
-Reliable internet connection (>10mbps).
-Quiet working environment.
-Proficiency in English.

-You have experience with Google My Business.
-You have worked in GoHighLevel.
-You understand Meta Business accounts.
-You possess SEO expertise.
-You have previously worked in a start-up or healthcare/beauty/wellness business.
