We are looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us enhance our online presence.

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Specialist to manage our social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content. You will be responsible for increasing our online visibility, growing our follower base, and driving engagement across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost our brand's presence on various platforms including but not limited to Tiktok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (I.e. images, video) to engage our target audience and promote our services.
- Schedule and publish posts at least twice a week on various social media platforms.
- Design and run social media campaigns that align with business goals, including promotions and competitions.
- Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors’ strategies

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design and web development
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and strategies
- Familiarity with real estate market and industry is highly preferred
-Familiarity with short term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO) is highly preferred
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- High speed internet (150 Mbps or higher is recommended)
- Computer storage of 1 TB or 2TB (terabytes) or more is recommend
