We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help us grow our client base by identifying web and app development opportunities on platforms like OfferUp and similar marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone tech-savvy, resourceful, and able to leverage AI tools to streamline tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Search and identify potential clients seeking web or app development services on OfferUp and other platforms.
- Use ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) to draft personalized outreach messages, cover letters, and proposals tailored to each client.
- Copy and adapt information about our agency and services to match client needs.
- Track and manage all leads, proposals, and client communication.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients for our development services.
- Report weekly on progress, client contacts, and outcomes.

Requirements:
- Familiarity with web and app development terminology (basic understanding, not necessarily coding).
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT to generate professional messages and proposals.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized and able to manage multiple client leads simultaneously.

Compensation:
- Base hourly rate or fixed monthly fee (negotiable).
- Performance Bonus: Additional percentage for every client acquired or project closed through your outreach.
