We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller / Closer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves generating leads through cold calling, nurturing prospects, and closing sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients using provided lists or self-generated leads.
Identify and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to meet daily/weekly targets.
2. Sales Process:

Present and explain the company's products/services to prospects.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.
3. Closing Sales:

Follow up with prospects through emails, calls, and other communication channels.
Schedule and conduct virtual or phone meetings to close sales.
Negotiate terms and finalize agreements.
4. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions.
5. Reporting and Improvement:

Track and report on sales performance and progress.
Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market trends and customer feedback.
Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in cold calling and closing sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
