About Us:
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Software Project Manager & QA Tester with developmental experience to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and a background in software development, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee software development projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Quality Assurance Testing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report bugs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Continuously improve QA processes and tools.
Developmental Support:
- Assist in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams.
- Collaborate with developers to understand technical requirements and challenges.
- Contribute to the development of software features and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Software Project Manager and QA Tester.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in testing tools and techniques (manual and automated).
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Solid understanding of programming languages and software development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
- Experience with Agile/Scru
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing.
