Responsibilities:
-Formulate and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy that aligns with our niche (Airbnb or Short Term Rental Guru/Coach).
-Strategize, create, and schedule high-quality, relevant, and compelling content across various social media channels like Instagram, TikTok,
-Brand awareness and community engagement
-Regularly monitor social media platform performance through systematic reporting and analysis.
-Conduct a detailed analysis of social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach. Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (Able to share portfolio of previous work)
-Excellent written and verbal communication along with editing skills / video editing skills.
-Knowledge of social media platforms analytic tools.
-Stay up to date with the latest social media trends mainly focusing on Airbnb Gurus community.
-Can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
