Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Contract Recruiter to manage our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling interviews, managing job posts, conducting phone screens, and providing regular reports to the hiring manager.

Responsibilities
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Job Post Management: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Phone Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the hiring manager.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple recruiting sources to find and attract quality candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with job boards, social media recruiting, and internet search methods.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success in conducting various types of interviews (phone, video, in-person).
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
