Outbound Telephone Specialist

In this role, you will generate leads for a SaaS company by contacting business owners and executives using the telephone. Job duties include:

1. Use the telephone to make contact with prospects
2. Use persuasion to get past gatekeepers and reach decision makers
3. Introduce business owners and executives to Performacentric in a friendly and professional manner
4. Maintain data in a CRM system
Training will last approximately 2 half day online sessions during standard Manila business hours. Once you have completed training, we can discuss working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST or some variation thereof to account for calling the US west coast. In addition to a monthly base salary of 50,000 PHP (paid on the 1st of every month), you can earn bonuses for good attendance and meeting productivity metrics and sales goals.
